Town & Country Industrial Supplies, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Damon Taylor in Trumann, Arkansas. After many years of experience as the purchasing agent for a woodworking corporation he decided to switch sides of the desk and use his expertise to supply the local industry in and around the northeast Arkansas area.

Damon relied on his encounters as a buyer to carve out his sales style which focused on quality products at a fair price and unbeatable service. He was soon joined by his grandson, Jan Morgan, who had been working in industrial sales at a local bearing supplier and also had some experience in the freight business. Together they grew the business rapidly and by 1996 they built the existing warehouse and office facility on Industrial Drive in Trumann. In 1997 Damon’s son, Scott, came aboard part time and began to learn the financial side of the company from his father and eventually filled that role.

Damon passed away from this life in July of 2000 but his legacy lives on as evidenced by the standards he set still being adhered to today. On a daily basis our management team makes many decisions based on what we think he would do.

We continue to follow the map he laid out for us and could not achieve our goals without the support of our loyal customers and hardworking employees.
